Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping Policy
We are currently offering standard shipping for customers in Pakistan and select areas.
- The cash on delivery service is offered in all cities in Pakistan.
- You can utilize Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, Bank Transfer Online if you're paying for an advance.
- Orders made before 12 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be delivered on the same day using Registered Courier Service.
- Orders that are received after 12:00 pm will be shipped the following day.
- The delivery time is 2 and 5 day working hours (No deliveries on Sundays).
- We cannot be held responsible for any delays or problems that are caused by the shipping provider.
- We cannot be held responsible for any damage to the product or any issues arising from the shipping company.
The following guidelines are Return and Shipping policy customers should read prior to making a purchase.
- The item should be correctly packed into the box that was received at the moment of delivery.
- The food bag shouldn't be opened or used.
- The item should come with original tags and any accessories.
- Return Only acceptable if the product is incorrect/incomplete.
- We reserve the right to deny the refund if we believe that the product was damaged or modified in any manner.
- Delivery charges will not be returned.
- Refund requests are processed within 7 business days from the date of receipt of the returned products.
